Please note that the Site is informational only and does not allow users to directly purchase services or submit translation jobs.

Clients are required to inform Word Matters Language Services of any issues related to the services rendered within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the deliverable. Refund requests made after this period may not be honored.

Word Matters Language Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site or services, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties, or for non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
